Who is responsible

Naama Fine is the controller of the data described here. Contact: hello@naamafine.com.

What is collected

Your first name, last name and email address, and the date and time you gave your consent. The hosting provider also processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and filter spam.

Why and on what basis

To send you the toolkit and occasional emails related to it. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box. Personal data is not sold or shared for advertising, and it is not used for anything else.

Who receives it

Netlify (website hosting) and MailerLite (email delivery) process data on my behalf. They may process it outside your country, including in the EU and the US, under their own data protection terms.

How long it is kept

Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. A minimal record may be kept to make sure you are not emailed again.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hello@naamafine.com. Withdrawing does not affect earlier use. If you are in the EU or UK, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Israel, you can contact the Privacy Protection Authority. California residents have the rights to know, delete and correct, and to not be discriminated against for using them.

Storage on your device

No advertising or tracking cookies are used. After you unlock the toolkit, your browser remembers that on your device only.
